“Staff silenced the hall music at night when requested, housekeeping of room was offered at night as well as the morning, staff were polite throughout and smiled lots, there was plenty of food for breakfast and it was evenly represented to match their guest demographics, I was upgraded at check-in in low season, the pool was big and you could see staff watching out for children in the area especially when parents weren't paying attention. ”
